About the Role We are looking for an Revenue Operations, Data Analyst to join the Operations team. Below are the primary responsibilities of the role:
Own the data & reporting infrastructure for a set of portfolio companies that will empower us to gauge the health of the business and spot areas of opportunities/risk
Work with Ops leads and functions leads on ad-hoc analysis projects, custom reporting, and predictive models to gain a deeper understanding of the GTM opportunities/risks that each company is facing
Collaborate with other members of the Operations team to build out new IP that we can use to invest in future companies
Conduct portfolio-level analysis on the marketing, sales, and customer success data to find trends that will allow us to forecast sales, find customers who may churn, and spot potential expansion opportunities based on product usage
This is a highly collaborative role within Turn/River, where you will be working closely with other operations leads across marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure strong cohesion. This role will also partner with the Investment team to execute due diligence on potential investments/acquisitions. Qualifications
3 years of experience in a data analyst, data scientist, or another analytical role
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
2 years of experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards
Experience with ETL tools
Experience with Git
B.A/B.S in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, or business analytics
Very data-driven, intellectually curious, and numerically inclined
Strong project management, organizational, process management, and communication skills
Experience with Google Cloud products preferred
Location and Compensation
San Francisco, hybrid work model
Base salary range for this role is $140,000-160,000, taking into account numerous variable factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational requirements. Benefits and Perks
