Job Title: Registered Nurse, Cardiovascular Critical Care

Pay: $83.34 Per hour | $3,000 Weekly

Shift: 3x12s - 36 hours | Rotating!

Job description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Cardiovascular Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team in Rochester, NY. As a Cardiovascular Critical Care RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with critical cardiovascular conditions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and assess patients with cardiovascular conditions in the critical care unit.

2. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.

3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

4. Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs, and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies.

5. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their condition, treatment options, and recovery process.

6. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation.

7. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications:

1. Valid RN license in the state of New York.

2. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

3. Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred.

4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiovascular critical care nursing.

5. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
