Required Credentials

· AHA BLS

· AHA ACLS

· NIHSS

· Degree from an accredited Nursing School. Diploma or associate degree accepted; Bachelors preferred.

· Active, unencumbered & unrestricted Registered Nurse license in New York State

· Other certifications may be required in addition, depending on specialty.

Required Knowledge

· Proficiency in the use of Electric Health Records (EHR) management

Experience Required

· Short Term Assignment (STA) RN: 18 months excluding education/orientation/residency as a Registered Nurse in specialty of interest.

· Just in Time (JIT) RN: 24 months excluding education/orientation/residency as a Registered Nurse in specialty of interest.
