Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medsurg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a Medsurg RN, you will provide essential care to patients with a variety of medical conditions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Working closely with other healthcare professionals, you will utilize your expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring their safety and promoting their well-being.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse Med Surg:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on their needs
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by the physician, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, observe and report any changes in their condition, and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to effectively coordinate and deliver patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques to promote optimal recovery and wellness.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and other technologies to accurately document patient information, nursing interventions, and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control and safety standards.
• Act as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing their concerns and supporting their emotional needs.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse Med Surg:

• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• RN License
• 2 years Medsurg experience
