Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intermediate Care team in Rochester, NY. As an RN in Intermediate Care, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals requiring intermediate level medical attention. This position offers a competitive weekly pay of $2700 and follows a 3x12s shift schedule, totaling 36 hours per week, during night hours.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, vital signs, and symptoms.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding their conditions and treatment plans.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
• Documenting patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
• Responding promptly to emergencies and providing appropriate interventions.
• Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of New York.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in intermediate care or a related clinical setting.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as needed.
