Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area

- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents

- Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Skills:
