**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and provide administrative support across the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Walk clients to the appropriate area
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Check clients in and out of the computer system
- Schedule appointsments along with canceling and rescheduling appointments
**Qualifications:**
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience with computerized systems for appointment scheduling or order entry
- Strong proofreading abilities for correspondence or documentation
- Previous customer service or customer support experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks
- Event planning or project coordination skills
- Proficiency in data entry for maintaining records accurately
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
