- Ensure effective auditing of financial metrics with the Director
- Collaborate with the Director to diagnose and address program’s performance shortfalls and challenges to achieving business objectives
- Consult with the Director to assess EQ metrics and implement strategies that will result in EQ improvement
- Develop key reports for programs for EQ performance and use them to manage EQ performance improvement
- Responsible for staff development and performance management as a coach and consultant
- Other duties as assigned
- A Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field Required
- Five years of successful management experience in a multi-site educational setting preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal education funding structure and processes Required
- Ability to analyze data accurately, execute operational strategies, and assess their effectiveness
- Commitment to learning and implementing feedback
- Ability to adapt and remain flexible
