Job Description
The Operations Director is responsible for all facets of quality operations within an assigned venue or venue. This role requires a combination of leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all aspects of the business. The successful operations director will maintain a consistent focus on staff management and mentoring as a means of supporting staff development. This will ensure client satisfaction, product quality, venue cleanliness, positive collaboration with sister companies, and ongoing adherence to training and policy guidelines.

• Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
• Extensive knowledge of operations and production management.
• Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, or related field required; M.B.A. preferred.
• Certification through the Institute of Certified Professional Managers (ICPM) is preferred.
• Five years of related experience required
