Servesys Corp seeks Information Technology Operations Manager.
Duties to include: Evaluate and improve the company's operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve the quality of service provided to clients; manage the company’s budget, analyze financial data, and make decisions to optimize financial performance; manage the technology infrastructure including hardware, software, and IT support; ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including employment law, health and safety regulations, and data protection laws; maintain compliance with Federal regulations and ensure that all relevant documentation and workflows are in place; manage business insurance and health insurance administration for the company; oversee HR activities; manage risk associated with the operations, including identifying and mitigating operational, financial, and legal risks; prepare reports on staffing and recruitment activity, financial performance, and other key performance indicators; create, review, approve, and sign contracts and agreements on behalf of the management; manage the company's reputation on social media by responding to reviews and ratings; and communicate with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to ensure a smooth and efficient operational processes.
