Position Overview: As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving business growth. This position involves strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship building to position our company as a leader in the fire, water, and mold mitigation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fire, water, and mold mitigation sector.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
4. Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
5. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
7. Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and clients.
8. Keep abreast of industry developments, regulations, and emerging opportunities.
