If you can do the following things, please send us your resume.

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Answer phones in a friendly and helpful manner on a phone rotation schedule.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s cellular account for all devices.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders.
  • Assist in gathering information for audits.
  • Assist in the follow-up of action items and, in general, demonstrate fantastic follow-up skills.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Input and maintain accurate data in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
  • Assist in HR-related events and activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Be well organized, detail-oriented, and possess good problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Assist with the onboarding process and setting up new hires in various systems
  • Assist with the termination process.
  • Proficiently utilize the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Communicate strongly both verbally and in writing.
  • Work and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Organize and help manage internal projects and events.
