Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst with over 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in Asset Management, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, intermediate to advanced knowledge in the Rail/Transit/Track industry is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes, procedures, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Utilize Asset Management principles and practices to optimize asset utilization and performance.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and business strategy.
- Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
- Provide support and guidance during the implementation of new processes or systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making recommendations for further improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Asset Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in the Rail/Transit/Track industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
