Servco Pacific Job Distro is Hiring a Service supervisor Near Honolulu, HI
Are you dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and leading a team of automotive service professionals? Servco is looking for a Service Supervisor to assist the Parts and Service Manager in leading the daily department operations from customer check in to delivering vehicles back to the customer.
The Service Supervisor will also assist with the training and development of employees to ensure a profitable and efficient service department.
Responsibilities :
- Manage Service Consultants and Parts Sales Advisors and motivate them to obtain sales and customer service index targets
- Supervision of Dispatcher and Auto Technicians to ensure repairs are completed in a safe and timely manner
- Direct Lot Attendants to move vehicles and shuttle customers safely and timely
- Manage and ensure warranty administration staff completes paperwork accurately and on a timely basis
- Monitor, report, and correct any safety or compliance issues with equipment and / or property
- Serve as back-up dispatcher as needed
Requirements :
- High school graduate or equivalent
- A.S Degree in Auto Technology or Business preferred
- Minimum 3 years of automotive consulting experience
- Supervisory experience and automotive warranty experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of dealer management systems
- DealerTrack and XTIME experience preferred
- Strong leadership and customer relations skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
