Job Description

Construction Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

As the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for full charge accounts receivable and payable, maintain Subcontractor/Vendor accounting set up, reconciliation, and processing, credit card entry and reconciliation, Project Billing preparation, posting and collections per contract requirements, track, record and enter deposits and receipts. Property management tenant communication, invoicing, and documentation.

How you will excel in your role:

• Understanding of accounting principles and reporting. (Required)

• Construction accounting experience including, progress billings, subcontractors, lien and release laws, Insurance COI, AIA forms and WIP (Preferred)

• GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)

• Construction Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)

• Sage 300 (Timberline) experience (Preferred)

• Microsoft Word and Excel skills (Required).

• Outlook experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Detail oriented with strong attention to accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-based environment

• Bilingual a plus

Compensation Range and Benefits:

$45,000.00- $60,000.00 annually. Compensation is offered based off of work history, years of experience, professional achievements and other nondiscriminatory metrics and factors.
