Serenity Healthcare is Hiring a Customer Care Representative Near Lehi, UT

No prior healthcare experience needed, we will train you!
Serenity is hiring for onsite Customer Care Representatives for our corporate office in Lehi, UT. This role is all about the quality of the experience for our patients and truly helping people. This is a unique opportunity to grow your career and make a difference for those who need it most.
Our office is open from 6 AM- 8 PM Monday-Friday and 7 AM-7 PM on Saturdays, with various full and part time positions available.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments for new and established patients.
  • Communicate with patients and necessary personnel via phone, text, fax and email.
  • Provide the upmost positive experience for our patients through meaningful conversation.
  • Educate patients on treatment options Serenity provides and answer any questions or concerns.
  • Accurately record patient information into our system.

  • Self-driven and dependable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Comfortable working with various computer programs.
