Customer Care Expert-FULL TIME
Serenity is looking for Customer Care Expert to join our expanding Billing Team. As a Customer Care Expert, you will primarily support our patients by addressing billing questions and/or concerns. Through personable and genuine conversations, you will develop memorable experiences for them to receive the best care. We are looking for people who thrive in social interactions and find gratification in improving someone’s day.
Responsibilities
Resolve billing issues
Communicate with patient through email, text or phone call
Collaborate with practice managers to best support and serve our patients
Maintains a balance between company policy and customer satisfaction in decision-making. Handles issues with the best interest of both customer and company
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication, basic math skills.
Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
Experience with Microsoft Suite of office products
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
