Serenity Healthcare is Hiring a Customer Care Advocate Near Lehi, UT

Customer Care Advocate

This position has fast career growth working in a company that impacts people’s lives. Serenity aims to be an industry disruptor in Healthcare; come join our team and make a difference! In this role, you will be responsible for educating patients on new-to-market healing technologies. You will primarily be helping patients understand the studies on the risks of medication versus the benefits of TMS and Ketamine.

Trigger Warning: Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Responsibilities

  • Be the expert on TMS and Ketamine. Training and studies will be provided.
  • Ownership for all patients on your provider’s schedule
  • One on one meetings with patients to connect treatment solutions to their individual needs.
  • Support healing through education, connection, and focus on TMS and Ketamine

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED. 
  • 2-3 year of experience in a full-time customer service role.
  • Drug Testing within company policy
  • Previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
