Position Overview and Duties
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to residents and community members to make every experience memorable. This is a full-time, non-exempt position located on-site in San Francisco, CA.
What You'll Do:
- Greet, welcome, and connect with guests.
- Maintain service quality standards by delivering premium guest service and treating each guest as a VIP.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored experiences.
- Handle all guest exchanges in an efficient, professional, and competent manner.
- Utilize all equipment safely and correctly
- Perform guest service tasks as instructed by Director of Services.
Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of Restaurant and/or Hospitality experience
- Previous food handling experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- This role requires frequent walking, kneeling, bending and reaching. The candidate should be able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift, move and carry up to 40 pounds.
