Accounts Payable Clerk -- No Agencies
Responsibilities:
- Reconciles firm Visa card
- Processes expense reimbursements and payments in accordance with firm procedures
- Processes check requests in a timely manner
- Reviews and verifies vendor statements for accuracy and processes payments promptly
- Reviews billing client cost
- Reconciles and processes miscellaneous daily payments (i.e., cellphone, auto insurance, etc.)
Requirements:
- Solid organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to balance and meet competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting principles
Preferred Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in a professional services firm preferred
Formal Education:
- College degree in related field preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
