Sellers & Associates, LLC (S&A) is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) that provides effective and affordable Programmatic and Engineering Support Services and Solutions to our Government and Commercial Clients. We work directly with our clients taking the time to understand their culture and requirements designing a custom solution tailored to meet their unique needs at an affordable price without sacrificing quality. Our specialties include: Program Management, Budget & Financial Management, Engineering & Technical Services, Integrated Logistics Services, Training, Cybersecurity, Technology Development, and Executive Services. Sellers & Associates, LLC has an opening for a Proposal Manager to support our growing operations team. The Proposal Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develop and manage requirements, compliance matrices, bid and proposal schedules.
  • Prepare and facilitate proposal kick off meetings, delegating and communicating clear writing assignments, instructions, and schedules.
  • Lead and manage the proposal process from start to finish, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal development.
  • Develop and maintain a proposal schedule, assigning tasks and deadlines to team members.
  • Review and analyze RFPs (Request for Proposals) to determine requirements and scope of work.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop technical content for proposals.
  • Write, edit, and proofread proposal content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with guidelines.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support proposal development.
  • Ensure proposals are formatted professionally and adhere to company branding guidelines.
  • Track and report on proposal metrics, including win/loss rates and lessons learned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in developing DoD RFP responses.
  • BA/BS Degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in proposal management or a similar role
  • Proficient in strategic planning, business development, and sales techniques
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyze financial data and understand profit loss implications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in developing DoD RFP responses
  • MA/MS Degree in a relevant field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies is a plus
  • Previous experience supervising a team is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
