SUMMARY

Oversees the contract administration of all assigned contracts, from cradle to grave. This individual has the responsibility and authority to perform the assigned tasks listed below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Prepares and reviews contractual documents to include Requests for Quotes/ Proposals (RFQs/RFPs), Rough Orders of Magnitude (ROMs), Contracts, Contract Changes, Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, correspondence to the Government and other clients, and all contract reports.

· Reviews new contracts and contract modifications to ensure they are compliant with the negotiated terms and conditions.

· Advises Senior Corporate Management of contractual rights and obligations.

· Sets up and maintains accurate and complete contract files.

· Assist with DCMA audits.

· Responsible for participating in the quality management system initiatives and adhering to all requirements.

· Responsible for performing other related tasks deemed necessary by superiors.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Minimum 5-10 years’ experience with DoD Contracting.

· Extensive working knowledge of the FAR and its Supplements.

· Knowledge of the ITAR.

· Knowledge of contract administration processes sufficient to oversee/monitor a group of contracts, such as fixed-price, cost reimbursement or contracts with incentive provisions.

· Knowledge of and experience with negotiation techniques and technical requirements at a Prime as well as Subcontract level.

· Ability to understand and analyze RFP/RFQ requirements, terms and conditions, security, subcontracting plans, etc.

· Knowledge of cost accounting standards, rights in data, intellectual property rights and other complex contract provisions.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Minimum of a Bachelors’ Degree (Business Related).

· Preferred Masters’ Degree or equivalent years of experience.

· CPCM is a plus.

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point.

· Excellent verbal and written skills.

· Great organizational skills.

· Working knowledge of Share Point is a plus.
