SEI1GLOBAL is Hiring a Director of Product Near Denver, CO
SEI/Altigo is looking to hire a Director to lead the Product team who will be responsible for commercializing key elements of Alternative Access Platform. This role will be focused on the development of new solutions. The selected candidate will spend the bulk of their time working on defining competitive positioning, pricing, market / client demand, feature prioritization, training, and financial modeling. None of those activities will be conducted in isolation, but instead, in close collaboration with other parts of our organization.
Responsibilities
Research client needs by working closely with our business development and relationship management teams, source input and insights from prospects and clients on the new solutions or upgrades to existing ones.
Research competitive offerings to identify other providers of solutions like ours, analyze how they are positioned, determine how they are priced, compare their features to ours.
Develop client pitch books and work closely with our Business Development, Relationship Management, and Marketing teams to structure effective sales collateral.
Support the design and development of marketing strategies and materials.
Identify and source data sets to inform decision making.
Organize and manage workstreams across the company.
Support the design and implementation of support models.
Support individual sales pursuits.
What we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree
5 years’ experience in technology-based product development
Experience in the alternatives industry is a plus
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization

Salary:
The base rate for this role is expected to range from $120,000-$150,000. This position will also be eligible to earn a discretionary bonus each year, subject to company approval.
