Business Intelligence Analyst:
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team! As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will collaborate with all other departments of our company. You will be responsible for working with our business stakeholders to provide them with the Business Intelligence reporting required for their programs, departments, and teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage BI solutions (PowerBi)
- Provide reports, data support, processes, charts, visualizations, etc. through the business program or application life cycle
- Collaborate with ALL business users
- Analyze business processes and requirements
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions
- Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations • Train and educate employees on using our BI tools and reports
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of (3) years of PowerBi design and development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to support project deliverables and timeline requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
- SQL Server skills including SQL objects development, performance tuning, data analysis and integration
- Knowledge in Technology such Cloud (Azure), Visual Studio, SharePoint, SAS, Power Bi are important
- Ability support BI applications, reports and processes • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
