What You'll Do
The Customer Service Representative is an integral part of our company's success. We are seeking candidates that have a professional and courteous approach with an enthusiasm to problem solve.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and log all incoming packages, then delivered to recipients.
- Collect all incoming mail, sort and deliver to recipients
- Prepare, sort, and stuff outgoing mail daily
- Log loan information
- Take customer service calls as needed
- Review insurance mail for premium processing or forwarding
- Ensure insurance premiums are paid on time for loans serviced in house
- Assist other team members when necessary to ensure daily work is completed timely for the department
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
What We'll Love About You
- Attention to detail, efficiency in work, and being open to feedback
- Precise data entry skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to occasionally life and carry up to 40 lbs
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk, while working on a computer
