Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
- Provide information to potential customers and following-up when additional information is requested
- Apply customer needs to available services offered and identify appropriate solutions
- Develop personable relationships with customer accounts and partners and maintain high-quality level of communication
- Assist in processing of customer paperwork and important internal documents
- Coordinate and organize multiple customer accounts, related activities, and events
- Accurately explain business policies
- Demonstrate expertise and knowledge in business processes and operations
- Collaborate and cooperatively work with co-workers to meet goals
- Maintain quality and accuracy of internal business processes
- Assign and transfer incoming phone calls when needed
Customer Service Representative Skills and Experience Required:
- Positive attitude Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
- Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Windows, e-mail, and various PC based software
- Willingness to learn and develop within the industry
