Security Bank & Trust Co. is looking for a Personal Banker/Administrative Assistant to educate and assist customers with their banking decisions along with performing administrative functions of the bank. Hours include Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• · Investigate issues with banking services and accounts
• · Refer customers to inhouse financial experts, as needed
• · Present financial products and services to existing and prospective customers
• · Build long-term relationships with clients and cross-sell them our product
• Account maintenance and checkback of new accounts

Skills

• · Knowledge of personal banking practices and regulations
• · Familiarity with banking software
• · Ability to work diligently to meet deadlines
• · Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to details
• · Customer-oriented approach to handling problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,500.00 - $40,000.00 per year
