Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Location: Chicago, Illinois (IL)
Pay: $60,000 - $70,000/Year
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to help support our City of Chicago client. This position works under the direction of the Area Vice President, processing the day-to-day invoices, account receivables, billing, payroll, and handling questions and issues that may arise.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a reliable means of communication.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
- High School Diploma required, Associates Degree in accounting preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in AR/billing, or related finance experience, ideally with complex accounts or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Comfortable with mathematics and financial data.
- Experience working with internal and client payroll and billing systems.
- Strong working knowledge of computerized systems, preferably Oracle.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
