Position Description
Information Technology Services (IT Services) provides high touch, high quality customer service to our community of faculty, staff, and students. We are looking for a results-oriented Project Coordinator to bring strong skills and experience to our diverse team. This is expected to be 2-month assignment reporting to the Associate Provost and Director of Application Services
What you’ll do:
Provide project and administrative support to the Associate Provost and Director of Application Services and ITS Project Managers, helping with project coordination, organization, and delivery.
Work with cross-functional groups, supporting the ITS team in coordinating complex schedules and meetings, taking detailed meetings notes, identifying follow-up actions and next steps, researching vendor technologies and services, and supporting daily project and operational needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation at a Glance:
Salary Range: $25/hour
