Harborview has partnered with the US Department of Defense to provide trauma-specific training for military healthcare workers. This partnership project is referred to as Mission Zero. The (PART-TIME - TEMPORARY Project Coordinator will provide dedicated administrative support on behalf of Harborview Medical Center (HMC) for the Military-Civilian Partnership for Trauma Readiness Grant Program (Mission Zero). With the support of the HMC Project Director and Grant Manager, the Project Coordinator will manage the day to day needs of the Army personnel including coordinating schedules to accommodate travel and facilitating credentialing. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will ensure compliance with program requirements, manage budget and federal reporting requirements, and will perform other activities as needed to ensure successful implementation and management of the grant. DUTIES Manage project budget Coordination with HMC Grants Manager to ensure compliance with grant parameters Oversee project compliance with Department of Defense Mission Zero program Monitor and disclose project and provider metrics according to federal reporting requirements Scheduling for all Army medical personnel at HMC Facilitate provider credentialing for all Army medical personnel at HMC Coordinate conference travel and continuing education for all Army medical personnel at HMC REQUIRED High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty OR equivalent education/experience. ADDITIONAL DEPARTMENTAL REQUIREMENTS Experience with computerized health record (Epic) and time keeping software (Kronos) Experience within healthcare setting Experience with data abstraction Detail oriented, proactive, and flexible approach to work Conditions of employment This is a part-time (0.3 - 0.5 FTE), temporary position. The prospective end date of the role is 09/29/25, but if the Dept of Defense extends the Mission Zero project beyond 2025, we will likely extend the duration of Project Coordinator employment to mirror the project timeframe.
