Job Summary:
This position is a critical role for the office; fielding phone calls and customer inquiries, entering all information into our database and supporting an office staff of about 12 team members. The Customer Service Coordinator position performs tasks which include following our established systems for client communication, entering data, light bookkeeping, filing, answering phone calls, responding to company email and other various administrative duties. They really support everyone in the office by creating a warm and welcoming space and ensuring that we are set up for success. A successful candidate is self-motivated and customer-focused, with a strong ability to prioritize and with exceptional time-management skills and LOVES connecting with people over the phone. A strong attention to detail is a must.
