Job Summary:

This position is a critical role for the office; fielding phone calls and customer inquiries, entering all information into our database and supporting an office staff of about 12 team members. The Customer Service Coordinator position performs tasks which include following our established systems for client communication, entering data, light bookkeeping, filing, answering phone calls, responding to company email and other various administrative duties. They really support everyone in the office by creating a warm and welcoming space and ensuring that we are set up for success. A successful candidate is self-motivated and customer-focused, with a strong ability to prioritize and with exceptional time-management skills and LOVES connecting with people over the phone. A strong attention to detail is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls while providing a courteous and professional impression of STC
• Manage company email communications
• Assist with scheduling client appointments
• Perform administrative duties including mail sorting and light bookkeeping (AR, expense management, etc.)
• Office supply maintenance and management 
• Processes invoices and AR
• Maintain office calendar
• Record and distribute meeting notes 
• Support in non-sensitive HR administration 
• Maintain and tidy up common office areas 
• Perform light janitorial duties
• Perform data entry as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills: 

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, estimating, and client interface 
• Advanced computer skills, including experience with CRM software, google, etc.
• Ability to verbally understand and communicate in English
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships with peers, crews, and clients
• The ability to perform light work
• The ability to keyboard
• The ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
