Summary/Objective
Our Sous Chef is mission critical and plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional culinary experience for our guests while also having the ability to rapidly pivot to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment. You may find yourself prepping recipes and menu items created by the Head Chef or even helping keep the kitchen running smoothly by popping over to wash some dishes. This position expected to meet or exceed expectations by consistently demonstrating sound decision making effective communication, and like it or not take an overall leadership approach toward ensuing the front of house can do their part.

This role manages leads the kitchen in the absence of the Chef and is responsible for, providing guidance, direction and aiding the team in delivering results.
