Job Description
PRIMARY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans, directs, or coordinates the operations of public or private sector organizations.
• Formulates policies, manages daily operations, and plans the use of materials and human resources
• Works on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functions independently
• Oversees the efforts of less senior staff and/or is responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job

Requirements
MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Start with a Secret clearance or be able to acquire one 90 days after award
• 10 years of experience
• Solid coordination skills to work between the team and the customer
• Solid organization skills in order t0 manage daily operations
• Ability to multitask and oversee multiple departments or locations
• Solid planning skills for use of materials and human resources
• Ability to formulate policies in order to better guide the team
• Solid communication skills in order to manage a team with members overseas

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
