Our goal has been to assemble a very talented and professionally focused staff and keep them. We strive to avoid becoming a firm with a revolving door where people come and go with projects. Our horizontal integration and collaborative design process give staff the opportunity to experience and develop skills in all areas of practice. The open and creative work environment we provide, where staff are challenged to do their best and are appropriately rewarded for doing so, is the key reason we enjoy average staff tenure of over eight years.
