Job Title: Assistant General Manager (Full-Time, Salaried)

School of Rock Philadelphia is seeking a dynamic, creative, and organized individual to join their growing team. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) runs the show, creating a safe and fun environment for students to achieve their musical and creative potential. We want as many kids and adults as possible to have the opportunity to experience the magic that is School of Rock. Our AGM brings commitment to working with every part of the school’s community and operations to cultivate our unique culture and environment, where our students learn music and life skills.
The Assistant General Manager is the administrative focal point for the School of Rock, with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to juggle many tasks. Reporting to the Owner, they assist with running the School and creating an amazing experience for all students, parents, and prospective customers.

The AGM’s schedule at the School is:
Monday - Thursday: 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., and Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Location:
The AGM position is full-time, on-site at School of Rock Philadelphia’s location in the Callowhill neighborhood, near public transportation and many other amenities.
Compensation:
The position offers a salary of $40,000 - $42,400 commensurate with experience, with 10 paid time-off days per year in addition to holidays.
