Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of HR tasks and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Skills:
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as UltiPro and Paychex
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation, payroll, and benefits administration
- Experience in training development and implementation
- Ability to negotiate effectively with various stakeholders
- Excellent HR sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
