Education/Experience/Certification:

  • Minimum of High School Diploma, 2 year degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provides information by answering HR related questions.
  • Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, resumes, and applicant logs.
  • Verifies candidates background by contacting references.
  • Onboards new employees by issuing forms and applications; verifying completion.
  • Conducts new associate orientations.
  • Helps employees by explaining benefit programs.
  • Complete I9 verification.
  • Must follow labor and employment laws and take courses as needed to stay up-to-date.
  • Maintains manager and employee confidence by keeping human resources information confidential.
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related tasks as needed.


Experience

Required
  • 3 years

  • High School or better
