Looking for P/T Experienced Administrative Assistant in Stuart Fl area -
Savoca is looking for a Hybrid Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO & Founder while working remotely.
This roll will require 10 hours a week, internet access, along with experience using Zoom, LinkedIn, Excel, Outlook, Word and any other presentation software.
Requirements:
5-10 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant
Familiar with Technology (Zoom, LinkedIn, Canva)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling
Excellent communication skills, time management, organizational skills
