TechnicianDuties :

• Demonstrateyour mechanical aptitude troubleshooting skills and ability to readdiagrams and schematics.
• Properly troubleshootdiagnose and repair Commercial Espresso Equipment including CoffeeBrewers Coffee Grinders and other specialty coffeeequipment.
• Communicate with manufacturers asneeded to help with diagnoses and parts identification.
• Consult with the Technical Assistance Group for technicalsupport while onsite.
• Install all partsordered for the customer in a timely and professional manner and inline with company policy.
• Promote andrecommend other services provided by the company to customers whenneeded.
• Produce accurate and timelyadministrative documents such as work orders time reportingreceipts and truck stock inventory.
• Followsafe work practices and accident prevention procedures.
• Maintain a neat and orderly service vehicle along withaccurate parts and tool inventory.
• Maintainproductivity levels in accordance with companystandards.
