Miles & mileage contained in rate. Technician will complete in-home/office repair calls for cracked cell phone screens. Candidates must have worked in cell phone screen repair for at least 3 years. Position Requires Enhanced Screening and MVR check.QualificationsDuties/Responsibilities:- Drive to customer's Home or Business- Repair Personal Electronics - Ability to read schematics or diagrams- Ability to use Bar Code Scanner- Ability to follow directions- Ability to Read daily work orders- Confirm dispatches from prior day in Service Bench- Claim daily dispatches- Use Service Bench Mobile Application to process daily work orders- Maintain 95% successful repair rate- On time Arrival at 96%- Maintain 95% or better NPS Net Promoter Score- Maintain less than 1% reschedule rate Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
