Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair devices
• Provide recommendations for problem resolution
• Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
• Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers
• Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $550.00 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• PC build: 2 years (Preferred)
• Laptop Screen replacement: 1 year (Preferred)
• Cell Phone Repair: 2 years (Preferred)
