Sauder Cabinetry, an innovator and growing manufacturer of quality cabinetry solutions, is seeking a National Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role involves leading the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets, fostering key relationships, and strategizing market expansion plans. This is a remote position with a requirement to be based in the Southeastern US. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies.Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.Confer with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.Supervision of direct reports as the customer base grows. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience or combination of education and experience may also be considered.Strong track record in sales, particularly within the cabinetry industry, is required. This includes experience with B2B sales, strategic account management, and leading a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.Proven work experience as a Cabinetry Sales Professional.Experience managing a high-performance sales team.An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office preferred.Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.Strong communication and team management skills.Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.Availability to travel required (approximately 50-75% travel)Company car providedTravel to Headquarters in Archbold, Ohio each quarterTrade shows and conference travel as neededCustomer based travel
