Description:
The purpose of the position is to drive sales volume for the business unit. This is accomplished by: - Understanding the business unit's goals for production and profitability - Recruiting experienced personnel - Retaining existing personnel - Working closely with the unit's management team to ensure that originations are conforming to the unit's credit standards - Ensuring that originations carry pricing that is in line with the unit's desired financial returns - Ensuring the business unit is competitive in the marketplace by understanding the marketplace's general credit standards and its delivery systems
Job Specifications
The position requires: -
At least three (3) years of successful SBA loan origination experience -
A solid understanding of commercial credit analysis -
A solid understanding of SBA's underwriting guidelines -
An organized / detail-oriented personality -
