SASHCO is Hiring a Customer Service Supervisor Near Thornton, CO

Customer Service Supervisor
Hourly Range: $30.00/hr - $39.00/hr
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday

Sashco develops and manufactures innovative and high-performance sealants, caulks, and stains for the DIY, remodeling, and log home finishing markets. We are a third-generation family-owned, professionally operated company. We are dedicated to delivering products that work and, more importantly, to running the company in a way that honors people.
As a Customer Service Supervisor, your mission is to provide high-performance service and support with a personal touch. You will be supervising a team of 5 who enter orders, answer questions (after in-depth training, of course), and help solve problems for the people who use Sashco products. You are “the heartbeat” of the company and ambassador of great customer experiences, a position of honor at Sashco.
Job requirements
In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must…
  • Supervise day to day activities of the Customer Service team.
  • Coordinate requests for time off to ensure coverage of phones and order entry for the team.
  • Strategize for short- and long-term goals.
  • Conduct monthly team members 1 on 1s.
  • Proficiency in technical calls and order entry to assist with phone coverage and order entry needs due to unexpected absences or higher-than-usual call and order volumes.
  • Problem solve and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficiencies of Customer Service and the systems they use.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Dynamics GP, Salesforce, phone system, EDI clients and any other relevant systems.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a customer service representative or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites.
Bonus points for anyone with these qualifications.
  • Experience with Dynamics GP, Salesforce, Power BI, and RingCentral preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service or Communication Preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with DIY home improvement projects
  • Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics GP, and RingCentral
In your first three months, you will…
  • Start by being a sponge. We provide a robust training to help you learn about systems, processes, and our products. Get to know the team. Integrate with the rest of Customer Service, as well as sales, marketing, shipping, R&D, etc.

basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for $25,000.00;
Life AD&D is paid for by Sashco.

Employee Critical Illness):
Accident Insurance – helps offset the unexpected medical expenses, such as emergency
room fees, deductibles and copayments that can result from a fracture, dislocation or
other covered accidental injury.
Critical Illness Insurance – compliments your major medical coverage by providing a
lump sum benefit that you can use to pay the direct and indirect costs related to a
covered critical illness, which can often be expensive and length.
Whole Life Insurance

PTO: Starting at 152 hours accrued (3-weeks, 4 days) for the year (5.85 hours per pay
period) Vacation and sick time are all included in PTO. We are closed Christmas Eve –
New Year’s Day annually you will need to take PTO up to 32 hours during that week.
9 Paid Holidays New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and a
Floating holiday to be used at any time.

Tuition Reimbursement Program: up to $2000 per year for qualified team members.
Wellness Incentive Program: This program changes annually but it is designed each
year to incentivize team members to have better all-around wellness.
Reward Program: Currently, this program pays commercial team members a
percentage of their annualized salary based on a combination of year over year brand
unit growth and cost savings and is paid according to a quarterly payout structure.
The reward is not to be construed as any part of your base salary. The reward program
does not provide a guarantee of payment and the reward program can be changed at
any time at the discretion of the Leadership Team.
