The Receptionist/Front Desk position requires a candidate with a strong foundation in computer skills, customer service, administrative experience, and phone etiquette. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel, is essential. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Prior office experience, including data entry and calendar management, is required. Strong communication skills, a high school diploma or GED, and a professional demeanor are also key requirements for this role. You must also have a clean criminal record, as we do conduct criminal background checks. All applicants that are selected for this position will be required to submit to drug testing & new-hire polygraph.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic spreadsheet tasks
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors
- Utilize office experience to assist with administrative tasks
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with colleagues and clients
- Utilize organizational skills to manage appointments and schedules effectively
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing and organizing documents
- Utilize Windows and Microsoft Outlook for daily tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
