Riverbend Sandler Pools is searching for a highly motivated energetic receptionist. Riverbend Sandler Pools is one of the largest, most prestigious custom pool builders in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. We sell a high-quality and competitively priced product. The ideal candidate would possess a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. This individual would also be in search of a career, not just a job.
Job Duties (include but not limited to):
· Greet incoming guests and vendors
· Answer and route all incoming phone calls to the correct departments.
· Order, stock, and maintain beverage and office supplies for Riverbend and C Suite
· Log and distribute leads to New Pool and Renovation staff.
· Maintain the cleanliness of our showroom, tile room, and break rooms.
· Mail out marketing materials to prospective clients
· Coordinate and distribute mail daily.
· Assisting customers with Tile selection when needed (check stock and reserve tile)
· Maintain current price lists for tile/stone vendors.
· Keep the showroom clean and organized.
· Assist with customer appreciation gifts.
· Process additional paperwork and file as necessary
· Maintain phone lists and spreadsheets.
· Additional duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· High School Diploma
· 3 years of office administration experience
· Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Strong organization and problem-solving skills
· Customer service background is a must.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must be detail oriented.
· Ability to multitask.
· Cheerful disposition
· Reliable and Timely
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt as necessary.
· Some pool knowledge is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
