Title - Guest Service Representative

Pay Structure

Starts at $15 per hour, depending on experience. PTO available for full-time associates after one year.

Job Functions

• Basic math skills are required
• Must be able to read, write, and fluently speak English
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Operate OPERA V5 Express PMS
• Operate Windows OS and common applications
• Interact with other software programs efficiently
• Operate a PBX phone
• Answering calls and handling call queues efficiently without error
• Monitor activities of guests on the property and ensure a safe environment
• Light cleaning and stocking tasks are also required
• Additional projects may be assigned from time to time as well

Requirements

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least one year of customer service experience
• At least 6 months of experience in hotels, depending on position applied for
• Must not have been convicted of any crimes associated with violence, theft, intentional property damage, or fraud

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
