Essential Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Assign rooms to guests and issue room keys, ensuring privacy and security.
  • Handle guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Process guest payments, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
  • Assist guests with reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel company credit policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Embrace and promote the culture of O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant hotel property management systems (PMS).
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education & Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality customer service is advantageous but not required.

Hours:

  • Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate business needs.

Physical Requirements of the Position:

  • Extended periods of standing and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
  • Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently.

Work Conditions:

  • Indoor work environment with minimal exposure to adverse conditions.
