Our eye care practice is hiring a part-time candidate to work 2-3 days per week for our optometry clinic.

We are seeking a pleasant part-time customer service oriented medical office assistant.

Our approximate clinic hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thurs & Friday 9:15AM-5:00PM, Saturday 8:45AM-3:30 PM

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
-Schedule appointments for the optometrist
-Pretest patients
-Check patients in and out, collect payment
-Instruct patients on the insertion, removal, care of their contact lenses.
-Maintain complete and accurate patient records.
-Confirm the schedule by calling appointments the day before
-Verify insurance authorizations
-Maintain the office
