- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new employees
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administration role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in team management and training development preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of medical office management procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in calendar management and event planning is desirable
